Brett Smith, PT
Clinic Manager

Dr. Brett Smith, physical therapist, is originally from Racine, Wisconsin but has called Nebraska his home for the past 30 years. After  graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics from University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, he went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University.  Brett is also a certified athletic trainer (ATC)  and enjoys covering sporting events.

With over 35 years of experience, Brett enjoys working with patients of all ages and specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries, Functional Dry Needling and custom orthotics fabrication.

Tina Smith, PTA
Assistant Rehab Manager

A native of McDonald, Kansas, Tina Smith is a 30-year resident of Nebraska. She graduated from Colby Community College in Colby, Kansas with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. Tina is certified in the LSVT BIG program providing specialized care for Parkinson’s patients. She has been practicing physical therapy for 40 years and enjoys treating a variety of patients.

Trevor Bollinger, PT

Dr. Trevor Bollinger, physical therapist, is from Mitchell, South Dakota and graduated from University of South Dakota with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from South Dakota State University. Trevor enjoys using his training to work with local athletes at Nebraska City High School.

Susan Benton, PTA

Originally from Malvern, Iowa, Susan Benton is a longtime resident of Nebraska City. Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from University of Nebraska at Omaha and an Associate degree after completing the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska. Susan has 25 years of experience working with patients of all ages in outpatient and skilled care settings. ​

June Chaney

A lifelong resident of Nebraska City, June Chaney has worked at NCPT since 2013 after retiring from her previous career at Cargill and American Meter. As our rehab technician, June wears a number of hats and generally keeps everything flowing smoothly at the clinic. She is married to Tony with whom she has two wonderful sons and five grandchildren.

Diana Reeves

Diana Reeves grew up in Peru, Nebraska. She attended Peru State College and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Diana has been with the clinic as our administrative assistant since 2013​.
